Three ways in, and which one to use comes down to a single question: does telling us what went wrong mean quoting your own work?

Armada is not released yet, so there are no licences to help with. Questions before launch are welcome through any of the routes below.

Anything that quotes your own work

A useful Armada report often has to include a session title, a project path or an account folder name. The feedback form is private: no account is needed, and the email address is optional. Leave it blank and the report is anonymous.

Choosing Send Feedback in the app does not send anything. It hands your browser a URL and stops. Everything that URL carries (the app version, the macOS version, the Mac model and the language) is visible in the address bar, and on the page as four fields you can edit or clear before pressing Send.

A bug or an idea you are happy to share

The public tracker is shared by every Magenta Creations app. It suits anything that is not about your own sessions: a feature request, a question about how a figure is read, a pane that looks wrong. It is public, so the answer is there for whoever asks next.

Licences and payment

Email support@mgcrea.io for a key that will not activate, a key you have lost, or a refund within the 30-day window, no reason needed. A key is checked on your Mac and never sent anywhere, so a reply is the only way we can look at one: quote the address you bought with rather than the key itself.

What a key covers, and what the trial does, is set out in the licence terms.

Finding the Help pane

Armada lives in the menu bar and has no Dock icon. Open its settings, and the Help pane links here and to the feedback form. Opening either one directly in a browser works exactly as well: the app only ever hands them over.

What to expect

Everything gets read, and most things get an answer within a few working days. A report that says which version, which macOS, and whether the session was Claude Code or Codex can usually be answered in the first reply rather than the third.
