Added
Talk over a reply to answer it. With Keep listening on, you no longer have to wait for a spoken reply to finish: start talking and it stops, and what you say becomes your answer. The reply is taken out of what the microphone hears, so Armada does not mistake its own voice for yours, and an answer can start the moment the reply ends.
The supervisor's server in the toolbar and the menu bar. A button at the trailing edge of the main window shows whether the MCP server is on and listening and when an agent last asked, turns it on or off, and adds it to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or VS Code in one click. While it is on, the menu bar panel shows its light and what it last did.
Add Armada to Bastion. Settings › Supervisor offers Add to Bastion… where Bastion is installed, which hands it Armada's server with the tools that act held back behind Bastion's own switch. Bastion asks before adding anything.
Changed
With Keep listening on, the microphone is on while a reply is spoken, so the orange dot shows then too. With Keep listening set to Never, or in hold mode, nothing changes.
Allow writes says everything it unlocks. The switch and the text under it now name bringing a window forward, Grok Build sessions, and saving or deleting Codex schedules, which Codex then runs unattended.
Fixed
A session started in Terminal or iTerm no longer ends on an error. Every launch script stopped with "read-only variable: status", so an agent that failed at startup never showed why, and a session that ended cleanly still left its window open.
A session waiting for you no longer shows as Working. A transcript write while Claude Code reported a permission prompt or an idle session turned the row to Working until the next status change, which hid it from the menu bar ring. Running a tool shows again during a tool call.
Usage no longer grows for a session found in two folders. A project folder copied after renaming a repository put one session in two places, and every other pass counted part of it again.
A full window no longer forecasts the past. At 100% the meter said "At this rate, 100% 3 minutes ago".
A compaction made while Armada is open shows in the context panel. It used to show only a compaction that happened before Armada first read the session.
Show all works on a long typed prompt. A prompt pasted as plain text, or a long notice, stayed cut after Show all.
Opening a session in VS Code no longer waits on a login profile that hangs. The five-second limit on reading your shell's environment did not stop an interactive shell, and a background job your profile started could hold it open indefinitely.
Launch at login no longer undoes itself. A registration waiting for your approval was removed and its message lost; Settings now says when System Settings is waiting for you.
A launch or close that fails from the menu bar always shows why. With the main window on Usage, Schedules or Voice, the alert waited until another pane appeared.
A session no longer flickers out and back when its registry file is caught mid-write, and a Claude Code folder that is a symlink now picks up new sessions and status changes at once.
Grok Build: the pane scrolls to a session opened from the menu bar, and its usage tooltip names Grok Build rather than Claude Code.
MCP tools:
armada_read_transcriptkeeps a long Grok Build reply as one entry;armada_get_fleetrefuses a vendor it does not know rather than answering with an empty fleet;armada_waitrefusessessionsgiven as a string rather than watching everything; and an optional argument sent asnullis treated as left out.
